Besides, it's a free bonus that you get, you don't have to use it.

I'm quite happy with it, especially for the price.
I don't notice the holes at all.
They're supposedly prone to production issues though, but if you get one with issues then you just send it back, and they'll just send you another one. (From what I've heard, never gone through it myself)
Using F11 to lock your key-state is allowed.
You were not banned for using F11. You were banned for using a mod in a way that was not allowed.
Using a mod to automate your gameplay is not allowed, regardless of which mod it is. Your ban was justified.
